Adult Classes

Who Can Train:

• Adults classes: Ages 16 and up

• Amateur & Kids classes: Ages 10 and up. The class is also for amateur boxers 

Grind & Learn to Box (Adults)

 

When:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 5:30pm – 7:00pm

 

 

All levels welcome. This session includes:

• WODs

• Footwork & punching

• Ring craft & phases

• Pad & noodle work

• Partner drills

THE GRIND - 60mins

 

When:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 12:00pm  and Saturday 9am 

 

 

A high-energy, fat-burning session built on the fundamentals of a boxer’s grind.

SPARRING

When:

• Wednesday at 5:00pm

• Sunday at 10:00am

 

Controlled sparring for members ready to put skills into action.

Bring:

• 16oz gloves, mouthguard, headgear

• Hand wraps, towel, water

• Proper footwear and clothing

Amateur Boxing Class

Amateurs & Kids (Ages 10+) and Amateur Boxers

When:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 4:00pm – 5:30pm

 

This class follows a similar structure to the adult class, focused on developing amateur boxing skills and fitness for youth and competition-ready boxers.
